1D Website-The Boys

So on the 1D website, they have added a new section: The Boys

By the way this is the Canadian site so you can change your country where there is a little flag. (A while to the right of "The Boys".)

Harry + Archery?

So..I recently discovered this....who knew??

 When Harry was asked by radio station 107.9 The End which Olympic sport he’d choose to play in the Olympics, he said that he’d be interested in trying out the sport of archery.

Hmm...interesting. How do you think Harry would be at archery??

Justin vs. One Direction

Hey Directioners,

So...the feud over Justin vs. 1D continues. Bieber is going to play 6 dates in England this coming February & March. But...there seems to be a higher demand for Bieber tickets than One Direction! And it's about 5 times greater demand.

What do you think about this?? Do you think that 1D will eventually have a greater ticket demand? Or will Bieber always be more popular?

Scared of Directioners??

Hey Directioners,

Have you head the rumour that Niall is scared of Directioners?

Well.....it's sorta true. Niall admits that he's scared of tight spaces so he gets freaked out a little when there are too many fans around him.

When asked if he’s been scared of fans, Niall told radio host Kidd Kraddick:

“Yeah, I get quite claustrophobic! And they all shout the same questions so I get a bit scared sometimes. It’s all good, we’ve got a good security team.”

So...he's not really scared of Directioners...just small/tight spaces

Random Fact Time

Hey Directioners,

Here are some random facts that I have found about 1D.

-Niall's favorite sandwich is the meatball marinara sub from Subway
-Harry loves the orange mango smoothie from Starbucks
-Niall cried while watching Finding Nemo
-Niall talks in his sleep
-Harry's pet cat is named Dusty
-Liam used to practise kissing on his hand!
-Louis wanted to be a Power Ranger when he was younger
-The guys say Harry's the best cook
-Louis never wears socks
-"One Thing" is their favorite music video
-Louis calls his mom everyday

(I got a lot of these from Tiger Beat magazine)

1D Merch!

Hey Directioners,

Soooo, 1D signed a new deal for their own speakers, microphones, ear buds, walkie talkies, alarm clocks, boom boxes, headphones and....... wait for it......karaoke machines!! (And probably more!)

The expected release of these items (as well as their new album) is late this year or early 2013.

Like in the song, Niall says that he likes girls who don't wear make up.

Hey Directioners,

It's a sad, sad day today. I think most Directioners must know why. The Up All Night Tour is over. I'm coming to you live for a little bit....gonna be posting a lot in the next hour or so. Sitting out on a beautiful day crying....the Up All Night Tour brought us (me) so many emotions, memories and friends. I personnaly have made tons of friends from this experience. Fellow Directioners. Everyone should go on Twitter today and wish the boys well. They are amazayn people and I love who they've turned out to be. In all my life I never thought I'd be so dedicated, passionnate and loving towards anything. One Direction changed my life. Did they change yours?

The Almost Not Song

Hey Directioners,

Apparently, Kelly Clarkson didn't love the idea of writing a song for One Direction:
“When Simon Cowell put me forward to write for One Direction I said: ‘Let me hear them first,’” Kelly said. Obviously, she liked them because she let them record her song “Tell Me a Lie” for their album. She originally wrote “Tell Me a Lie" for herself, but agreed to give it to 1D. “I like the story of them, how they came together as a group,” Kelly said.

There you go Directioners: I'm so glad that Kelly decided to give it to them. They sing it so well!

Different Answers

Hey Directioners,

I just thought I'd tell you that I'm getting different answers about the 1D movie. I've heard 3D Concert, Comedy movie and I've heard that they are not getting one. I've heard from a magazine that it is a 3D Concert Movie and that the release date is November 8th. Though I've heard some different things too. Let me know what you`d prefer.

Directionater vs. Directioner

There is a difference between Directioners and Directionaters. Here are the definitions for both according to Urban Dictionary

Directionator

People who think they have swag like Directioners. The are fake/new fans of the amazingly good looking and talented boy band One Direction. They do not understand inside jokes. They think they are better then original fans/ Directionator should mean that , you're a fake fan, and only care about their looks and drop them when they fall. They most probably think: "Zayn" is spelt "Zain" Liam likes cats. Harry hates spoons. Louis loves Food. Niall likes carrots.   Directioner Someone who stands by the band One Direction no matter what. Who would be there to support the boys 100%. Whether it's acting, singing, dancing, anything... they'll be there for it all. Even when the band grows up and goes on with their lives, these girls that call themselves "directioners" will NEVER forget the happiness and the joy that Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik brought to them for so many years!
